We offer rentals at a 15% discount or more from agency rental rates and would like to develop relationships with repeat visitors to Kiawah who will treat our home as if it is theirs. We use a rental agency located on the island to manage the property. The agency is able to provide any and all amenities from bicycle rentals to golf tee times. If a guest needs anything, the agency will be able to meet their needs quickly 24 hours a day.

During the high season, Memorial Day through Labor Day, rentals are usually only available on a weekly basis with Saturday check-in/check out. Off-season rentals are a minimum of two nights. Long-term rentals in the off-season are also available. Rentals during the summer high season are usually booked well before Easter and peak weeks around Easter and spring break book early. Please contact us early to check availability.
This is a NON SMOKING unit and, unfortunately, we can not allow pets due to one of our family member's severe allergies.
