Screened porch is accessible from living room and dining area and is furnished with a table that seats six. Very private setting.

The kitchen is fully stocked and all the appliances were replaced in March, 2004. Kitchen has microwave, blender, mixer, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
Full size washer and dryer were also replaced in March, 2004.
